Forest Creation Partners
FCP is a mission-driven business, using data science and innovative financing to enable large-scale tree-planting. Radically increasing the rate of forest creation will help to address the climate and nature emergencies, and create sustainable growth and jobs.
"Forest Creation Partners' unique data and mapping capability gave us invaluable input in helping to understand how to achieve the UK’s climate and food goals, and they were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. I hope we can work together again in the future."
- Dustin Benton, Chief Analytical Adviser, National Food Strategy (Defra)
"Forest Creation Partners were able to very quickly identify potential new tree-planting areas across our client's substantial, England-wide land holdings - allowing us to provide a better view on options for their journey to net zero carbon and biodiversity net gain."
- James Peet, Principal Consultant, WSP
"We are backing UK innovators to ensure we have a homegrown supply of biomass materials, which is part of our wider plans to continue driving down carbon emissions as we build back greener."
- Energy Minister Lord Callanan, announcing the UK Government's funding for FCP
